Ben Williamson went 1-for-4 with a walk, two runs scored and a stolen base in Saturday's 7-1 victory over the Minnesota Twins.
Fantasy Impact:
Williamson was part of the three-team trade that sent Brendan Donovan to the Seattle Mariners. He impressed during camp and has consistently found himself in the lineup for the Tampa Bay Rays to start the new campaign, splitting time between shortstop and second base. He’s off to a solid start, hitting .286, but has just one extra-base hit through eight games. He’s only worth consideration in deeper leagues, though his multi-position eligibility adds some appeal.
