Parker Meadows swipes third base of the season Sunday

by Brenton Kemp | Tigers Correspondent | Mon, Apr 6th 11:05am EDT

Tigers outfielder Parker Meadows stole his third base of the season during Sunday night's 5-3 loss to the visiting Cardinals.

Fantasy Impact:

Meadows swiped second base with none out in the sixth inning, but the Tigers failed to bring him around to score. The oft-injured 26-year-old has never played in more than 82 games in a season since debuting in the 2023 campaign, but his three steals in eight games this season are already approaching the four steals he had in 58 games last season. If he continues to use his speed, Meadows could sneak onto the fantasy scene in deeper mixed leagues, but he will need to start flashing some more pop (.120 ISO) before being a shoe in into fantasy lineups.
