Fantasy Impact:
Pepiot was able to pitch through most of spring training while dealing with a hip issue and received an injection late in camp to help alleviate the discomfort. He threw a live batting practice session on Friday, and the Tampa Bay Rays will monitor how he feels afterward to determine next steps. He could return in late April, and when he does, Joe Boyle will likely lose his spot in the rotation.
