Sam Aldegheri called up by the Angels

Fantasy Impact:
After pitching for Team Italy in the WBC last month, Aldegheri has largely struggled at Triple-A so far this season. The 24-year-old lefty has limped to a 10.80 ERA in three starts, posting an 11-10 K/BB ratio across 13 1/3 innings. Still, the Angels will give him his first shot in the show, as he is expected to join the club ahead of Tuesday's game at Yankee Stadium.
