Jacob Wilson went 2-for-5 for the Athletics Thursday, scoring one run, stealing one base, and driving in two runs in a 9-6 loss to the Rangers.
Fantasy Impact:
Wilson has caught fire at the plate of late, driving in two runs in each of his last three games. The 24-year-old has been one of many off to slow starts to the season as part of an underperforming Athletics lineup for manager Mark Kotsay, batting .263 with seven runs scored, one stolen base, one home run, and nine RBI through 18 games.
