Logan O'Hoppe scores lone Angels' run Saturday

Logan O'Hoppe went 1-for-3 with a run scored on Saturday as the Angels dropped a 4-1 decision to the Padres.
Fantasy Impact:
O'Hoppe is off to a rough start in 2026, batting just .213 with a .617 OPS through 20 games. While he'll likely never hit for a high average - being that he's a career .230 hitter in 331 games - he has shown decent power during his stint in the majors. In 302 games from 2023-25, O'Hoppe hit 53 home runs, including 14 in just 51 contests in 2023. The power, however, has not arrived in 2026 as he has only one home run in 61 at bats. For a catcher who doesn't hit for a high average, if the power doesn't come, there's no need for him to be on a fantasy roster, except for the deepest of leagues.
