Spencer Steer swipes a base in win over Tigers Friday
by Brenton Kemp | Reds Correspondent | Sat, Apr 25th 12:13pm EDT
Reds outfielder Spencer Steer went 2-for-5 with a run scored and a stolen base in a 9-8 win over the Tigers on Friday.
Fantasy Impact:
Steer and Sal Stewart pulled off a double steal in the second inning of Friday's contest, although he didn't come around to score. However, Steer's two-out single in the bottom of the ninth set up a two-run, walk-off homer from Nathaniel Lowe to give the Reds a come-from-behind win. The 28-year-old is hitting .232 with four homers, 11 runs, a stolen base, and a .736 OPS through 24 games on the season.
