Mike Trout reaches four times, steals base Tuesday

by David Leisering | Angels Correspondent | Wed, Apr 29th 8:45am EDT

Mike Trout reached base four times as he singled, walked twice, and was hit by a pitch on Tuesday as the Angels lost to the White Sox. He also added his fifth stolen base of the year.

Fantasy Impact:

Trout continued his resurgence in the speed department on Tuesday with his fifth steal of the year. Entering the year, Trout had just 14 stolen bases total since 2019, which was the last year he reached double figures. Trout is also enjoying a resurgence at the plate in 2026, slashing .248/.436/.552 with nine home runs and 20 RBI. He leads the majors with 32 walks and ranks second in runs scored (28) and on-base percentage (.436). If you took a chance and drafted Trout, kudos to you. If he can stay healthy, the future Hall of Famer is on his way to his best season in several years.
