Michael Conforto hit a pinch-hit, walk-off solo home run with two outs in the bottom of the ninth to give the Cubs a 5-4 win over the Reds on Monday.
Fantasy Impact:
Conforto hit a 3-2 pitch from Reds' closer, Emilio Pagan, over the center field wall for his first career walk-off blast and his first home run in a Cubs' uniform. While he's not a regular in the Chicago lineup, he's been solid in his limited opportunities. Conforto is batting .323 (10-for-31) with a home run and six runs batted in over 18 games this season.
