Fantasy Impact:

Correa injured his ankle during batting practice prior to Tuesday’s game against the Los Angeles Dodgers. It was determined he tore a tendon in left his ankle and will undergo season-ending surgery. His year ends after 32 games in which he posted a .279/.369/.418 slash line with three home runs. With Jeremy Pena (hamstring) also sidelined, Nick Allen and Braden Shewmake are expected to handle shortstop duties.
