Konnor Griffin went 1-for-4 with an RBI single and a sacrifice fly on Saturday as the Pirates defeated the Giants, 13-3.
Fantasy Impact:
After getting past the opening jitters of being a major leaguer as a teenager, the now 20-year-old Griffin has heated up significantly. He has hit safely in seven of eight games this month, batting .345 (10-for-29) with three doubles, a triple, and five RBI over that span. And, since turning 20 on April 24, the young star is slashing .352/.410/.556 with two home runs, 10 RBI, and five stolen bases in 15 games. Overall, Griffin is batting .258 with 18 RBI and a perfect 9-for-9 in stolen bases in 34 contests.
