Aaron Civale allowed six hits and three walks while striking out six over five scoreless innings in Saturday's win over the Orioles.

Civale continues a strong stretch on the mound, allowing one earned run or less in five of his last seven starts. The veteran right-hander remains one of the more stable options as part of an inconsistent Athletics rotation for manager Mark Kotsay, posting a 2.59 ERA and 1.39 WHIP with a 4-1 record and 2.54 K/BB ratio through eight starts.
