by Nicholas Rodriguez | Rays Correspondent | Wed, May 13th 3:21am EDT
Shane McClanahan allowed one hit and one walk while striking out seven batters across five shutout innings in Tuesday's 7-6 victory over the Toronto Blue Jays.
Fantasy Impact:
McClanahan didn't factor into the decision after Tampa Bay squandered a four-run lead in the seventh, but he was dominant once again. He tied a season-high with seven strikeouts and held Toronto to just one hit. He hasn't allowed a run in four straight starts and owns a 2.27 ERA and 0.98 WHIP with 41 strikeouts across 39.2 innings on the year. He's next scheduled to take the mound on Monday against the Baltimore Orioles.
