Cedric Mullins II erupts for four-hit game in win Friday
by Nicholas Rodriguez | Rays Correspondent | Sat, May 16th 3:46am EDT
Cedric Mullins II went 4-for-4 with a home run, three runs scored, one RBI and a stolen base in Friday's 7-2 win against the Miami Marlins.
Fantasy Impact:
Mullins had by far his best game of the season Friday, recording his first four-hit performance. He collected two bunt singles, a solo homer and a stolen base, becoming the first player to record multiple bunt hits, a homer and a stolen base in the same game since Brayan Rocchio did so in 2024. Mullins has started to turn things around after a disastrous start to the season, slashing .306/.342/.389 with three stolen bases across 36 at-bats in May.
