Troy Johnston had a pair of singles and a walk in four plate appearances on Saturday during Colorado's 5-4 loss to Arizona. He also stole his second base of the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Johnston continues to just hit for the Rockies as he has failed to record a hit just three times in May where he has had multiple at bats. He ranks third in the National League with a .323 batting average, trailing Miami's Otto Lopez (.340) and San Francisco's Luis Arraez by percentage points. While his batting average is great, he's not a must-own fantasy player due to his lack of power (two home runs) and speed (two stolen bases). But, if your league rewards batting average, he is currently fourth in all of baseball in that category.
