Ryne Nelson allowed two runs on five hits in seven strong innings on Thursday, but settled for a no-decision in the Diamondbacks' 3-2 win over the Dodgers.

Nelson walked two and struck out three, but left trailing 2-0 before the Diamondbacks rallied for three runs over the final two innings. After pitching to a 7.71 ERA in his first six starts, Nelson has pitched to a 2.89 ERA over his last seven outings by allowing three runs or fewer in six of those appearances. The righthander is 2-4 with a 4.60 ERA overall and is scheduled to face the Marlins on Wednesday in his next start.
