Gage Jump cruises on mound Sunday against Astros

Gage Jump allowed three hits and three walks while striking out three over 6 1/3 scoreless innings in a 5-0 win over the Astros.
Fantasy Impact:
Jump has settled down on the mound of late, allowing one earned run or less in each of his last two trips to the mound. The 23-year-old has turned into one of the more stable arms in the Athletics rotation for manager Mark Kotsay since joining the big league club, posting a 2.45 ERA and 1.09 WHIP with a 2-1 record and 2.60 K/BB ratio through three starts.
