Tigers outfielder Wenceel Perez hit a two-run pinch-hit homer as part of an 11-0 win over the Twins on Thursday.
Fantasy Impact:
Perez entered the game as a pinch-hitter for Gleyber Torres with his team up 9-0, and promptly slugged a two-run homer into the left field seats. The long ball was Perez's seventh of the season and his fourth over his last 13 games, although he started just 10 of those contests. He is now slashing .186/.249/.359 with seven homers, 22 runs, 17 RBI, and three stolen bases in 169 trips to the plate as he continues to dig his way out of a disastrous start to the season.
