Tigers first baseman Spencer Torkelson went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer in an 11-0 win over the Twins on Thursday.

The Tigers' bat broke out in a big way on Thursday as Torkelson's two-run homer in the fourth inning was one of six Tigers long balls on the afternoon, all coming off the bat of six different players. For Torkelson, the homer was his 10th of the season and second over his last six games. His up-and-down campaign continues as he is slashing .211/.312/.405 with 10 home runs, 24 runs scored, and 27 RBI through 68 games.
