Ryan Helsley began a rehab assignment with Triple-A Norfolk on Thursday, recording three strikeouts in a scoreless inning. (MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Helsley looked sharp in his first minor league rehab appearance as he continues the final stages of his recovery from right elbow inflammation. He will likely need a couple more rehab outings before being activated, but he remains on track to return from the injured list by the end of June.
