Davis Martin steady in no-decision Sunday
by Chris Schommer | White Sox Correspondent | Sun, Jun 21st 6:58pm EDT
Davis Martin allowed one earned run on five hits and three walks while striking out four over six innings in Sunday's 5-4 extra-innings loss to the Tigers.
Fantasy Impact:
Martin has provided mixed results on the mound of late, allowing six or more earned runs in two of his last four trips to the mound while giving up one earned run or less in his other two starts. The right-hander remains one of the more stable starting options as part of an inconsistent White Sox rotation for manager Will Venable, posting a 3.18 ERA and 1.20 WHIP with a 9-3 record and 8.9 K/9 ratio across 15 starts.
