The Rockies have officially recalled left-hander Sean Sullivan to start Saturday's home game against the Giants. (Rockies Club Information on Twitter)

Sullivan was named as Saturday's starting pitcher once right-hander Tomoyuki Sugano was scratched with back spasms, and later placed on the injured list. The southpaw has struggled to an 8.64 ERA in four starts for the Rockies while posting a 5.60 ERA across 11 starts with Triple-A Albuquerque.
