Cade Smith threw 16 pitches over one scoreless inning in Sunday's 7-6 loss to the White Sox.

Smith hasn't been provided with a save chance for over a week, but was out there in the ninth inning to try to keep it a one-run game. Ticketed for his first All-Star game next week, Smith now has a 2.90 ERA and 1.14 WHIP with 26 saves and three blown saves across 38 appearances.
