Fantasy Impact:
Guardians president of baseball operations Chris Antonetti said the specificity of the procedure on Stephen won't be known until renowned elbow specialist Dr. Keith Meister performs the operation. Nonetheless, it appears Stephen could miss a significant chunk, if not all of the 2027 season, as well.
