Reds outfielder JJ Bleday went 2-for-4 with a solo homer, an additional run, an additional RBI, and a walk in a 11-5 win over the Phillies on Wednesday.

Bleday was one of several Reds to enjoy a banner evening on Wednesday, slugging a solo homer as part of a four-homer fourth inning that broke this one open. Bleday also singled and scored in the sixth inning. Despite a monster season, Bleday has cooled off a bit, as his homer and multi-hit effort on Wednesday were both firsts since June 15. Nonetheless, the former first-round pick is slashing .239/.348/.482 with 14 homers, 32 runs, 39 RBI, and three stolen bases across 63 games this season.
