Yoshinobu Yamamoto allowed six earned runs on five hits and three walks while striking out six over six innings in Saturday's 9-2 loss to the Diamondbacks.
Fantasy Impact:
After the loss, Yamamoto now owns a 2.85 ERA and 0.91 WHIP with a 9-6 record across 17 starts. He allowed only four hard-hit balls and posted a 1.98 xERA in this start despite the poor results. It's a sour ending to the first half for him, but he's had a fantastic season.
