Kyle Teel (ankle) to miss 6-12 weeks
by Diego Sandoval | White Sox Correspondent |
Kyle Teel is expected to miss 6 to 12 weeks with a high ankle sprain. (Scott Merkin on X)
Fantasy Impact:
Teel will be on the shelf for a minimum of six weeks now as he deals with an ankle injury. The catcher has been hurt for the vast majority of the season, as he returned from a hamstring strain in late June before suffering the recent ankle injury. Drew Romo and Edgar Quero will serve as the White Sox catchers for the near future.
