Drew Rasmussen allowed just one hit and one walk while striking out nine across seven scoreless innings in Sunday's 1-0 win over the Cleveland Guardians.
Fantasy Impact:
Rasmussen opened Sunday's outing by allowing a leadoff double to Steven Kwan but did not surrender another hit the rest of the way. The only other baserunners came when Petey Halpin was hit by a pitch in the third inning and Chase DeLauter drew a walk in the fourth. The right-hander struck out nine batters, his highest total since fanning 13 against the Boston Red Sox on June 10. He now owns a 3.07 ERA and 0.93 WHIP on the season. His next scheduled start is on Saturday against the Chicago White Sox.
