Barnhart was flipped in exchange for catcher Jake Rogers, who is heading to the Orioles after being DFA'd on Tuesday. Barnhart, a right-handed pitcher, has a 4.05 ERA and 45 strikeouts in 40 innings at the Double-A level this season.
