The Dodgers have traded right-handed pitching prospect Brady Smith to the Tigers as part of a four-player deal in exchange for superstar left-hander Tarik Skubal. (Jeff Passan on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The Dodgers sent Smith, outfield prospect Zyhir Hope, and right-hander River Ryan to the Tigers in exchange for the two-time reigning AL Cy Young winner. Smith, 21, was a third-round pick of the Dodgers in 2023, and has posted a 4.36 ERA with 113 strikeouts in 21 starts and 74 1/3 innings across Single-A and High-A this season.
