Robert Stock gets shelled in second start

Robert Stock allowed eight runs on nine hits and five walks while striking out 4 across three innings in Saturday's 9-0 loss to the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Fantasy Impact:
After allowing just one run across five innings in his 2026 debut against the Miami Marlins on August 2, Stock received another opportunity on the mound but was unable to replicate that success. He allowed three runs in the first inning, another in the third and four more in the fourth before being removed from the game. He's tentatively scheduled to make his next start on Friday against the Washington Nationals.
