Matthew Boyd allowed two runs on five hits and three walks while striking out three across seven innings in Sunday's 10-2 win over the Kansas City Royals.
Fantasy Impact:
Both runs Boyd allowed came in the fourth inning, when he surrendered a two-run homer to Starling Marte. The 35-year-old continues to produce for the Chicago Cubs, as he's allowed two runs or fewer in four of his last five starts and owns a 3.50 ERA on the season. His next scheduled start is on Saturday against the St. Louis Cardinals.
