Hunter Dobbins battles wildness, still earns win vs Cubs

Hunter Dobbins allowed two earned runs on two hits and four walks while striking out seven over five innings in Sunday's 11-4 win over the Cubs.

Dobbins allowed only two hard-hit balls and picked up nine whiffs on 96 pitches. It was the third time he's faced the Cubs in only 10 appearances and it was his best effort. After the win, he now owns a 3.42 ERA and 1.30 WHIP with a 3-3 record through seven starts. Dobbins will face the Phillies on Friday.
