Luis Torrens went 2-for-3 with a home run, a walk, one run scored and an RBI in Tuesday's 5-2 loss to the San Diego Padres.

Torrens is riding a four-game hitting streak and has gone deep three times during that span. He now has five homers in August while boasting a .500 OBP. The New York Mets are finding ways to get him into the lineup more frequently, as he’s started four of their last six games.
