Cristopher Sanchez allowed four runs on nine hits and no walks while striking out seven across 6 2/3 innings in Sunday's 6-4 win over the Cardinals.
Fantasy Impact:
Sanchez gave up more than three runs for the first time in his last eight starts Sunday, exiting the contest with the Phillies down 4-0 in the seventh. The All-Star lefty was taken off the hook by a six-run, ninth-inning rally from the Philly offense, so Sanchez's record held at a stellar 16-4 through 27 starts. Sanchez is currently second in the bigs with 168 1/3 innings pitched and tied for fourth in strikeouts (194) with teammate Jesus Luzardo.
