Jarrod Parker leaves mound yelling in pain

Jarrod Parker has suffered another setback in his return from an elbow fracture last season and Tommy John the season before that. The team is calling it a lateral elbow impingement. The team is optimistic that he will still pitch this season. (Matt Kawahara on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This is a huge disappointment for Parker who has dealt with elbow injuries for two straight seasons now. The lateral elbow impingement refers to the backside of the elbow which is a different area than the previous two injuries. The injury has caused Parker soreness and swelling, but he apparently has full range of motion which is a positive out of this unfortunate event.
