JJ Redick scores team-high 19 points in home loss

by Ray Paltooram | Sat, Oct 21st 8:21am EDT

JJ Redick scored a team-high 19 points for the Philadelphia 76ers in 35 minutes of action, as they lost at home to the Boston Celtics by the final score of 102-92 to remain winless on the season. Redick shot 7-of-16 from the field, including hitting 4-of-7 from beyond the arc. He also dished out four assists in the loss.

Fantasy Impact:

Redick is a streaky shooter who plays hard every game, so naturally he got hot from the three-point line on Friday night. But he couldn't do much else for fantasy purposes with just four assists. Redick will have another opportunity to improve on this game on Saturday, as the Sixers play the Toronto Raptors on the road. He is a decent play in DFS contests if you need a cheap option at shooting guard.
