Kelly Oubre will play on Tuesday versus the Heat after missing the previous game with a foot injury. Oubre will return to backup Otto Porter and Markieff Morris in his normal role. (Ben Standig on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Oubre provides a solid backup option for Porter and Morris but remains only a handcuff in season-long leagues and a punt play in DFS lineups against the Heat on Tuesday.
