Dejounte Murray falters in Game 2 loss to Warriors

by Christopher Berg | Hawks Correspondent | Tue, Apr 17th 10:20am EDT

Dejounte Murray finished Monday night's 116-101 Game 2 loss to the Warriors with just four points on 2-for-4 shooting. He added two rebounds and two steals to his lackluster stat line over just 13 minutes of action. He's now scored in single-digits in both games of the series.

Fantasy Impact:

Murray saw just 13 minutes of action Monday night, which is by far the fewest of any Spurs starter. His production suffered greatly as a result. Coach Popovich turned to old faithful Manu Ginobili instead as Murray has struggled in both games of this series. This creates a lot of uncertainty about Murray's role in the upcoming Game 3. It's assumed he has the tools to help the Spurs try to take a game, but it appears as though the veteran Ginobili may be trusted more.
