After posting a double-double in the Sixers' first game of the season against Boston, Ben Simmons followed that up with a triple-double Thursday night, scoring 13 points and adding 13 rebounds and 11 assists. He also went 3-for-3 from the free throw line.

Fantasy Impact:

Fans everywhere grew to anticipate performances like this after Simmons burst on to the scene last year, winning Rookie of the Year and leading Philadelphia to a surprising playoff run. Simmons struggled mightily with his free throw shooting last season, which makes his perfect night from the line that much sweeter. The second-year player out of LSU also led the team in minutes, playing 34 in the 19-point win over the Bulls.
