Fantasy Impact:
Just because the player says he'll play doesn't always mean he will end up in fact playing, but here it's safe to assume Portis is good to go. The big man practiced in full on Monday and said he feels pain-free so expect him to bump Jabari Parker back out of the rotation on Tuesday.
