JJ Redick continues hot scoring of late in big win over Boston Wednesday

by Adam Udinski | Wed, Mar 20th 10:36pm EDT

For the fifth straight game, JJ Redick scored at least 17 points, this time on 4-of-14 shooting and a perfect 5-for-5 night from the free-throw line as the 76ers defeated the Celtics 118-115 to further strengthen their hold on the third seed in the Eastern Conference Wednesday night.

Fantasy Impact:

Redick's performance Tuesday night in Philadelphia's victory over Charlotte may have been his best all-around performance of the year as he recorded his first career 10-rebound game and added eight assists to go along with 27 points (his highest total in over a month) but it was back to more of a normal scoring performance for the veteran guard from Duke in this one. Redick is averaging just over 17 points per game this year, but if he continues to play as he has for the last week-plus, that number will rise ever so slightly, something his owners would certainly love to see.
