Steph Curry underwhelms in Game 4

by Kaiyo Funaki | Warriors Correspondent | Sat, Jun 8th 12:33am EDT

Steph Curry saw 43 minutes on the court in this Game 4 loss and scored 27 points on 9-of-22 shooting. The Warriors lost to the Raptors 105-92, and are down three games to one in these NBA Finals.

Fantasy Impact:

Curry did not shoot particularly well tonight, a testament to the Raptors defensive versatility and game planning. His performance in Game 4 was a polar opposite to his Herculean efforts in Game 3, in which he poured in 47 points. While he was able to hit a couple of signature layups, his three-point accuracy was abysmal and only canned two of his nine attempts from behind the arc. His shortcomings extended to his defensive play as well, as he often gambled (and failed) on steals and double-teams, leaving wide open shots for the Raptors. Curry is one of the leaders for this Warriors team and has to return to his MVP-caliber play for them to pull off three straight victories.
