Russell Westbrook will not play Sunday

Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook will miss Sunday's game against the Lakers due to facial surgery. Westbrook suffered a fracture to the zygomatic arch when teammate Andre Roberson inadvertently kneed Westbrook in the face Friday. The zygomatic arch separates the eye socket from the sinuses. Westbrook will re-evaluated sometime during the next week. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
Bad news for Westbrook owners as the guard was on a tear recently. He has three straight games with a triple-double and is averaging 33.0 points, 12.6 rebounds and 10.6 assists in those three games. D.J. Augustin will start Sunday in Westbrook's place. He is a great plug and play option in all fantasy formats.
