Marvin Williams scores season-high 22 points in loss

by Zachary Hanshew | Mon, Dec 2nd 9:58pm EST

Marvin Williams scored a season-high 22 points (5-8 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 10-10 FT) to go with five rebounds, three assists, two blocks and a steal over 31 minutes in the Hornets’ 109-104 loss to the Suns on Monday.

Fantasy Impact:

The veteran has been on a bit of a role recently, averaging BLANK over his last six games. In that span, he's averaged 11.2 points, 4.2 rebounds and 2.0 assists, scoring 22 and 21 points in two of those contests. With Cody Zeller and Bismack Biyombo failing to provide consistent play in the frontcourt, it's possible Williams continues to see big minutes and production off the bench, though it's not something that should be counted on for fantasy purposes.
