Fantasy Impact:
Porter Jr. hasn’t played the Bulls’ last 23 games, and now he’ll be out until at least the Feb. 16 All-Star Game — at minimum, another seven weeks. He’s not a player to hold onto at this point, and he can safely be dropped.
