John Henson provides solid two-way play in blowout loss

by Zachary Hanshew | Wed, Jan 15th 6:27am EST

John Henson managed 10 points (4-8 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), seven rebounds, three blocks, two assists and a steal over 19 minutes in the Cavs’ 128-103 loss to the Clippers on Tuesday.

Fantasy Impact:

Henson saw some additional run in this one with Kevin Love (rest) out of action. Neither he nor Larry Nance Jr. drew the start at the four, though it was Henson who had the better night off the bench. If Love is moved before the trade deadline, Henson's role would likely increase, and he could have some end-of-the-bench value in 12-team leagues. In seven games with at least 15 minutes, Henson has averaged 6.6 points, 6.4 boards, 2.1 assists and 2.1 blocks.
