Okafor was listed as probable for Thursday's game, but the Pelicans decided to hold him out. He will miss at least one contest due to a back injury. Jaxson Hayes should start at center for the Pelicans Thursday. Okafor's next chance to return will be Saturday's tilt against the Clippers.
