Fantasy Impact:
With Elfrid Payton (ankle) and Frank Nktilikina both ruled out, Smith will draw the start in Monday’s game. It’s his first starting appearance since February 1st. Smith can be used as a streamer and is an interesting DFS option for Monday’s slate.
