Cody Martin collects nine rebounds in win over the Knicks

Cody Martin totaled nine points (4-8 FG, 0-1 3PT, 1-2 FT), nine rebounds, and two assists in 25 minutes in the Hornets’ 107-101 win against the Knicks on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact:

After putting up a terrible shooting performance against the Pacers, Martin came back with a more efficient effort as he shot 50 percent from the floor. In addition to his nine points, he added nine rebounds to his solid all-around performance. As of late, he is getting ample playing time and is capitalizing on the opportunity by putting up his most impressive statistical level of play in February, as he is averaging a season-high 7.9 points, 5,6 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and .9 steals per game. Martin’s volume of opportunity and ability to fill the stat sheet makes him worth having on your radar for deep-league play; however, his conservative game limits his floor and ceiling.
